1. License & Ownership

All models and parts available on Forge Your World are protected by copyright. When you purchase or download models, you are granted a personal, non-commercial license to 3D print and use them.

• Resell, redistribute, or share digital files is prohibited.
• Modifying or reverse engineering files for redistribution is not allowed.
• Removing or altering copyright or attribution notices is not permitted.

2. Merchant License

Only active Merchant-tier subscribers are permitted to sell physical 3D prints of Forge Your World models.

• This license does not include rights to sell or share digital files.
• The license is only valid while your Merchant subscription is active.

3. User Accounts & Fair Use

You are responsible for keeping your account secure. Do not share your login credentials or exceed download quotas.

Accounts found abusing access (e.g., excessive downloads, file sharing) may be suspended or terminated.

4. Payments, Refunds & Cancellations

All purchases are final. Because STL files are digital products, we do not offer refunds—except when a file is broken or inaccessible and we are unable to resolve the issue.

5. Platform Changes

We reserve the right to modify pricing, content access, licensing terms, or features at any time. Continued use of the platform indicates your acceptance of any updated terms.
